Medium HeatTasting Notes: Fruity, smokey, and just a tad sweet. This is made with our hickory vinegar, contributing a slight note of vanilla, with the Aji Dulce helping to shine through. This is slightly more spicy than a normal table hot sauce, but won’t decimate your palate.Usage: Definitely more of a table hot sauce replacement, though great for adding depth and heat to sauces and vinaigrettes as well. Give it a try in marinades too for its smokey, pepper driven notes.
