Care Instructions: Clean your chopping board by wiping it with a wet cloth or scrubbing it with a brush. Do not soak in water for prolonged periods of time as this may cause the wood to split. Dry the chopping board carefully, store in a ventilated area. To recondition the chopping board, it may be rubbed with sandpaper and re-oiled as required Not recommended for dishwasher use as this will cause the board to dry out and split.
